Psalm 121
" I will lift up my eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth."
When I praise I look up and lift my hands toward heaven and thank God. But when I am down, I tend to drop my head forward and look down. This verse reminds us to look up to the hills and beyond to the heavens. That is where our help resides. God will sent His son so that we don't have to be alone. We can turn our problems over to Him. He will walk with us and give us strength to endure and overcome.
